EDGEPoS is our answer to the modern retailer’s need for a clever and scalable EPoS system. Traditionally, disjointed systems and cumbersome integration with third party services made managing multi-channel retail sites difficult.
Back office systems were complicated and clunky. Stock control was time consuming and nothing seemed to join up.

Application Support Analyst
Following more exciting growth plans for our multi award winning Henderson Technology business we are now recruiting for an Application Support Analyst to join us on a full-time permanent basis.
Forming part of a new EDGEPOS Application Support Team the successful applicant will be the first point of contact for any support cases that have been escalated from our businesses Support Team.
This rewarding opportunity will focus on the investigation of raised support cases which will involve liaising with all involved parties including retail staff and HO staff and using all available resources to find a quick solution.

What do I need to be successful in this role?
Our team are looking for an individual who possesses a 3rd level qualification (degree or equivalent) in an IT related subject, a minimum of one years experience from within a support role, excellent communication and analytical skills and good time management. Experience of using Edgepos POS systems and software development experience with an understanding of development processes and concepts would be advantageous.
