SPAR University of Ulster Jordanstown install Self-Checkout in time for 2018/2019 term

SPAR in University of Ulster Jordanstown have recently undergone a refurbishment onsite, just in time for the new 2018 / 2019 first term.  The refurb included an EDGEPoS Hardware and Software Upgrade, including three brand new lanes now integrating EFT Card Services and Paypoint into each till, allowing speedier transactions for the students.  One of the lanes is now a Self Serve Lane, a new innovation offered to all EDGEPoS customers from Henderson Technology.

Jordanstown is the largest of Ulster’s campuses, located just seven miles north of Belfast.  The new Self-Checkout will benefit both customers and staff instore.  UUJ was the fourth store in Northern Ireland to have Self-Checkout installed and we look forward to working with the fantastic team onsite to promote Self Serve in their busy store.
